70 Days

Just calcualted today is day 70 off the cigs, cant believe it and been cold turkey for roughly 40 of those days! woohoo! Ive got super fit from my running now too, never thought Id be able to get back to this level, no way would of done if id still been smoking! Havent been able to shake this cough yet though, still lingering, been weeks nows, grr, other than the cough though I feel good, hope it clears soon.

Really well done dave. 70 days is awesome! Keep on going.. And by the way, it's all your fault I now get up at some stupid hour in the morning to go for a wobble/run!
