Cant stop coughing

Im still here people, still havent smoked. Had a really bad cough though for nearly a week now. Its a bottom of the lungs, throwing up kind of cough, a really bad one. Dont know if its anything to do with quiting smoking, now thats its all clearing of my chest? or that its just a bad cough? I dont know. Wish it would clear up though!

Poor you, sounds awful. Could be the smoking (or rather not smoking!) or could be a cough! there's quite a bad cough/cold thing going round down my neck of the woods (Dorset) so might be worth going to the quack?

Well done on keeping on with the quit though! All too easy to cave in if one isn't feeling great!

I too feel sorry for you but have to agree with D that their is a nasty cough and cold going round that as you say is like at the bottom of your lungs that you struggle to move, I should know I have it and I can bet your bottom dollar that it would be worse if you were still smoking, keep an eye on it and if you are worried go to the docs that's what they are their for, to consult.
