well what can i say its been a long long time since i have even thought of smoking it feels so good to been a non smoker 183 days and an almighty £1050.57p richer its amazing i am now so much fitter than i have ever been. i used to be a right crabbit face mother f...... but not now. the demons no longer control my emotions and my kids dont have to suffer moaning face dad anymore i am a much happyer person and proud to be smokefree.well done to all who has beet the demon smoke and good luck to anyone who is on the road to recovery. thanks joe

i am a much happyer person and proud to be smokefree.

So many people have said how much happier I am now I have stopped smoking. I never used to be a morning person and always said it was cos I hadn't had tea. Now I realise it is cos I hadn't had my fix in 7-8 hours.

Well done on your 6 months. It feel amazing being free doesn't it :D
