Still here too, from January First
Still here, proud to have got this far, congrats to everyone else who is still here and best of luck to those who aren't quite ready yet. We all know that the timing has to be right. I have now got to wait for the right time to lose the flab from my chocolate binges. Have joined the gym so on the right track. Good luck to everyone.
Yep, still here. Nearly ten weeks. Really turned a corner this last ten days or so, finally finding it easier with stretches of days at a time with no craves (although I still get them now and then).
Like the rest of you, would hate to go back now. Do NOT miss the coughing.
Well done teamies!!!
thats amazing, well done all of you... the struggle is worth it.
for those of us that quit on 1st Jan, happy end of month two to you all...
Damn, i'm as late as usual
Yes, yes i'm still here.
Had a bad couple of weeks with the craves myself and felt sad to see a few soldiers get wounded in the Nicodemon fight
...........but the fight goes on.

I'm still here too. 7 weeks, 1 day for me. Lot's of highs and lows, still getting mental cravings but really, really don't want to crack!!
I'm still here and going strong. Pleased with myself as I managed a holiday with drinking alchohol etc and still not smoking. However, I'm not looking forward to next week as my little (9 year old) boy is having serious surgery on Tuesday and I'm already getting stressed about it. But I WILL still be here next month, because I am NOT going back to smoking.
Well done to everyone else and to all those just starting out. It is worth it. See you all next month unless you read any of my posts in between.
Ian
Well done to you all
Could not of got here without the help of the people on this forum thanks people :):)
nick
Me too
Still here, feel like I'm running just behind all of you who quit on 1 Jan, it took me an extra few days - but I did it.
So far the money I used to spend on cigarretes has let me ditch my galsses and move onto Daily contact lenses - what a revelation that has been, and now spending some of the avoided cost getting my teeth fixed up.
All wee rewards for keeping going - had a close call last Friday, out in the pub, actually took a cigareete into my hands and had a lighter in the other one......
Decided to put them both down, go through all my reasons for stopping, wait 15 minutes and then I'd smoke it..........
I didn't smoke it
Keep going
Wow never again, that took strength. Well done, doubt very much I'd have that kind of strength of character. Good for you.

Sorry to jump in on your roll call but had to say well done to you on this one. That is a fantastic method. You should be really proud.
