wake up :)

I am amazed just how "awake" I am these days and how much I can get done. I think the ciggies always made me totally sleepy and slow. And I notice with other people of all ages (some like 25 years younger than me) that I am calmer and with much more endurance than them.

Anybody else notice that?

I have been the opposite, no energy and tired all the time... but i think thats just me, juggling shift work and 4 boys... its kinda hectic

Glad hear you are feeling really well, can you imagine what you are going to feel like in a few more weeks, when you feel this good now?? :)
