god i really am hacked off with myself... i stopped smoking (again!) more than 48 hours ago and have just had a half a cigarette! why the hell cant i just stop??? so now i have to do 48 hrs all over again.. i am my own worst enemy.:(

i tried to stop smoking back in august i think it was.. i lasted a week. you'd think after a week you would never want to smoke again wouldnt you.. i always used to think well if i can get thru a whole 24 hrs without smoking then that should be it... but its not is it? when do you reach that blissful point of disgust and even apathy towards smoking... when do you stop craving (someone is going to say never i just know it :( )

hi and dont beat yourself up about the relapse what michael says is very true and you just need to put that behind you and start again

just tackle one craving at a time and if you do give in dont beat yourself up about it just remember why you stopped in the first place and also every time you get a craving just try and distract your mind and hands till it passes

regards carol
