It's day 4. It's the end of day 4 actually and its been the easiest yet.
I had a really stressful day yesterday getting ready for a huge meeting today....but I didn't need cigarettes. I must admit I really wanted one at 11pm last night while I was still in the office but I had a cup of tea instead. So what have I learned? I DON'T NEED CIGARETTES. All the years I convinced myself I really needed them to get through stressful times were all lies.
I've saved £40! In 4 days!! :eek:
A colleague is only 28 and smoking 40 a day. He said seeing me do it had made him think its worth trying. It's only day 4 but apparently I'm "annoyingly jovial".
Now on to day 5!
