Ive just been to pick my girls up and see the ex of doom, had a stressful journey home. Both girls have been stressing me out big time and now my fella has just told me he goes away on monday to work away for ten days. I really feel fed up and feel like just going having a fag!!

Don't!

You really don't need a fag. You can deal with this, however stressful it is. Think how awful you'll feel if you give in now. It won't make you feel any better, you'll just feel worse about yourself, please don't do it!

Have some gum, a mint, go and have a bath (if you can get away from the girls). Something, anything so you don't have a fag! x

Of course you feel down and fed up, you're at the beginning of a long journey, the further you get along in your quit the easier and better it will become. It really is worth the struggle, after all you could only have to do this thing once. Write down on a sheet of paper the good reasons for smoking, bet you don't get many. Not smoking never killed anyone did it. Look in peoples sigs and do some reading, you may feel like you're the only person in the world going through this but you're not, we've all been there. Here's some nicked from Nic. David.
