when i read your post yesterday i was thinking, awww i want a scratchy throat too!! a strange thing to wish for, but perhaps goes with the territory when giving up smoking! well, today i woke up with... yes! a scratchy throat!! hooray! 5mol<er

I'm on my 30th day today, and I have not noticed any scratchy throat, not my lungs seem to be getting any better. Does anyone know when the cleansing usually kicks off? I'm a bit worried...

I don't have a scratchy throat... but this morning some VERY interesting things came out from the back of my throat :S .... disgusting and pukey in a good sort of way

Sorry I didn't answer these replies earlier....lots of life stuff happening in the last few weeks has cut into my "online time" lol

3 weeks later and my throat is still somewhat scratchy when I wake up...it's annoying and hopefully will pass soon ...still, at any rate it's a lot better than when I was smoking, always coughing and hacking LOL
