Confidence and a positive attidude are obviously very helpful in sustaining the quit..............and of course, the forum is a very useful resource for you to gather tips and advice!

Stephsam - I would say go for patches......I've tried CT and gum, but with patches the hideous cravings are much easier to combat and you can focus of trying to break the habit of smoking.
