stopped the dreaded ciggies at the start of march,
can honestly say have not had one since, not easy, one
of the hardest things ever, but the BEST EVER
since I stopped I have had some awfull health problems, but am now starting to see some real benefits of quitting, not just health wise but in lots of different ways
walking, breathing tasting and smelling all good
my house, clothes mouth and everything just smells better,
it just gets better and better,
as for the fags doesnt even bother me now
so heres to the next six months if a uneducated peasant like me can do it
then there is hope for everyone to stop
just stay positive and focused,
ITS NOT EASY ITS HARD
BUT JEEEZZZZZ AFTER 6 MONTHS ITS ALL GOOD
AND GETS BETTER
cheers
stef
sorry if I went on a bit

I'm almost at 6 months..and from what I can gather it seems to start getting a bit easier. Don't get me wrong, I've been reasonably ok most of the time...just get some odd cravings now and again....like tonight!!
I agree too that it is the hardest thing to do, and unless you are a smoker trying to stop then you can't understand how hard it is.
Stef, be proud of yourself in reaching the half a year mark it should be plain sailing to the Penthouse now. I will reach the Penthouse a little before you on 18th December and I will keep you a seat at the bar, next to the pole dancing area, just past the barbi, but really well done Stef, and keep posting and never let your gard down from the nicodemon.
