Well day 4, gone better than all the times before, still feeling it but all good. I'm happy as long as I am eating which I can't decide if that's a good thing or not, I'm not bothered about smoking, but I know next week I will be bothered about my weight! Not usually fussy but have already put on weight with the numerous times I have tried before, but I feel whatever it is that helps is all good, as long as you deal with it, so not smoking is the issue, once I get over that I will deal with the weight thing, will give me something other to focus on. Still feeling positive, even thought feeling fat and sleepy! But I will get over those! Work in progress! Happy Saturday to everyone, hope all

is well for everyone. X

Hmmmmmmm?

Yeah sort the smoking out and then tackle the weight, if it's any thing like last time, give it a couple of weeks and I won't be able to sleep or waking at 5am. Then I may take up walking or be brave even jogging. Ha! Anyway quite naffed off, me and bf, night to our selves for a change and he is on xbox call of duty, tut, going to bed before nicodemon creaps up and bites me on the arse!!!! Night peeps!

Hello Jellie

Well day 4, gone better than all the times before, still feeling it but all good. Hi Jellie and by the time you see this it will be at least day 5 so WELL DONE and it is nice to see another person who is giving up the fags. Being a male we don't normally bother about the weight issue as much as the Girls do, but the thing is that we all know it is normal to increase in weight while we are quiting the fags and I am heading towards 8 months without a fag but I have gained a stone in weight which has not increased since month 5. But we all know that it is easier to get rid of a few pounds / stone of excess weight than any of the medical conditions that are caused by smoking. You will no doubt read some of my previous posts where I beleive that the biggest help to my quit was by reading the comments and experiences on this site and where I could, I would add my opinion so join in and help the newer members with a few words of encouragement . However well done and talk to you soon
