Well done Benjahman
I kept quiet for a while when I first quit too, also didn't advance warn (not even that I was thinking about it), had so many previous quits and it's frustrating to admit failure.
Keep going, hour by hour, build your quit nurture it. It does get easier. Keep occupied and read everything you can get your hands on.
Be prepared and remember eah minute that your haven't smoked makes it easier to not have a smoke.
Good motto that worked for me, Never Take another puff.
Keep going.

Hi Benjahman

Yup, good luck to you Ben. Stay focussed and know that it will get tough but don't give up. You can quit smoking be sure of that.
Try and go for the speedboat this time, don't settle for the Bendy Bully or the Dusty Bin eh?

I like to keep my quit attempts under cover until I make it to a week, I hate having to admitt to failure... and also the damage to my self-esteem! This is probably my 30th attempt... awful isn't it, but this time I mean it!

Good luck synergy
Doesn't matter how many times you try, all that matters is that you succeed. You're here, so you want to quit, just take it an hour at a time and say to yourself for this hour you won't smoke. It does build up.
Keep a diary and read, read read, knowledge is all.
