Hi, just touching base. Doing well on CT so far, different from Champix but still strong. 5 weeks 2 days today, seems like yesterday I was struggling on day 3. Still think about smoking but have not had so much as one puff even though OH smokes. Hope everyone is well and still fighting

Good Morning is it still ??? yes it is, so pleased to hear you are doing so well, CT it isn’t easy but at least once you have quit CT and got past a few weeks I think you do better as there is no other drug to give up.

You will think about smoking, I think maybe for many weeks but the thing is you know you cannot smoke so there is no contest.

You just have to stay focused on why you quit in the first place and you will be fine, hope you have had a great weekend and enjoyed your extra day off if you had one, take care and stay smoke free and happy.

thanks Kitkat, not totally by myself lol, I have all of you with me. But yes, no non smoking aids and it really isn't that bad.......at the moment, shouldn't say that, probably come back with a vengence. Thanks again
