Been having a read through the forum and it looks a great community
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, if so sorry! And please feel free to move it to where it belongs mods.
Ok, so basically I'm at a loss on what to do next with regards to quitting.
I have tried hypnotherapy, acupuncture, chewing gum, inhalers, champix and cold turkey.
Champix had a bad effect and I stopped after 3 days, the rest didn't help at all, except cold turkey which I did for 6 days then smoked one on day 7 then did 4 more days before starting again.
My desire has increased after my 5 year old asked me to quit and told me his friend at school "had no dad because he smoked and died."
My guilt each time I smoke is unbearable and I feel like I'm letting him down.
I do want to quit, I know I need to for my health and my family but each time I set a day I become so anxious I can't even start my attempt.
I just don't know what to do to get my quit attempt started and hopefully kick it once and for good.
Any tips/hints/ideas would great be appreciated.
Thanks for reading, and sorry for the EPIC post!
