now into month 4!! wow i am impressed with myself....have put on weight but hell i can cope with that, can't believe how addicted i was to smoking.

I remeber a time when i had a chest infection that turned into very bad asthma, i could hardly breathe yet i still tried to smoke:confused: that is addiction for you!:mad:

Sorry i missed this post bex, i've been rather moping around the house in the evenings this week, not much felt like going on the internet at all after work as i work with computers all day.

But you getting 3 months done and into the month 4 forum is a major event!!! so congratulations to you !!!
