There is no good time to stop, but every day is the wrong day to start.

don't go straight home, go for a walk, go shopping, go to the gym, pizza hut, pub, mates house, wherever u feel like going just go and enjoy it as a non smoker. Go buy a new cd, dvd, game, book whatever go do it as a non smoker.

Remember you are a non smoker now, it doesn't matter if it was the wrong time or right time you are now a non smoker.

Smile, go on smile, it makes you feel better, go on just a little one, oh and be warned if you come back in this mood tomorrow it will be no more mr nice guy, i can get nasty just you ask around.

Whilst Bev is busy playing her good cop, bad cop routine (hee, hee)

Just wanted to say chin up.....we're all here if you want to have a moan or rant or whatever. Giving up smoking is not easy. It's bloody hard but trust me it does get easier as time passes.

Whatever obstacles you have in your life will not be made any better by you having a cigarette....they will still be obstacles.

You can do this! You are doing this....

Worried about you Alfie! :(

I know whats its like with the inlaws - I was staying with mine for ALL of July. Just make sure you can get your own space now and then and don't think of smoking as a release for this cause you're going to feel awful if you give in now. Thats how it gets you - don't stay down when you're feeling like this - give yourself a mental kick up the *arse (I had to kick my own this very morning) and think just how bad is your situation and then measure that against whats good in your life and you might just realise that things aren't too bad at all:D

Come on mate we can do this:D

Hi Alfie :)

Sorry you're feeling down right now but this is very normal on day 2 but it does get better Promise just hang in there

There is never an ideal time to quit you just have to go for it

Love

Marg

Thanks again

I feel way happier (prob the 2 packets of skips).

Watchin postman pat special delivery service, alfie loves it, so do i.

'Special delivery service

Whats it gonna be today?'

Postman pat always mucks things up in first place, then spends rest of time rectifying his mistakes.
