well its here, day 3, not been looking forward to this.

its only early so far but i feel surpisingly good, looks like the

champix is doing its job

whatever day 3 brings i think i'm ready for it

Well you do sound up for it however day 3 does not have to be bad for some it is and for some its just another day. See it as a step towards a whole week.

Well done you day 3 and you're doing just fine, but day 3 is not bad for us all I for one never had a problem with it or any of the dreaded threes they were just another day

The Champix seems to have really kicked in now and that will make it easier for you as well

Good job on D3, I have always been told day 3, week 3 and month 3 are all hard, but as mensioned before, it just another day, i did D3 yesturday and yes i was extremly tempted to go to the shop, to "just have one" but just gave myself a mental beating and it soon passes.

It's been my best day too so far! The cravings have been less, and in just over an hour I'll be on day four! Well done everyone who's made it this far, and see you over the other side!
