Well done Kez, you have every right to feel fantastic and proud of yourself.

Welcome to the Month 2 house. Biscuits are in the cupboard above the kettle and mine is coffee, white, one sugar. :p

Paul, we will get your room ready for you, you'll be here before you know it. :)

The smoking dream we've all had them, you were probably coughing in your sleep (or so I've been told) therefore releasing gunk from the lungs and that has made you have a dream.

Good luck and well done. Remember never take another puff.

Kez ...

I'm really proud of you ! A whole month is a fantastic milestone, your first of many months.. but all the same, 28 days is 28 days, and that is 4 weeks which to most is a month.

I remember when i hit my 28 day marker, so i'm pretty certain you are a bit :D at the moment and no longer quite so  any more :)

So well done you, and reading the replies.. also soon Amsie too... but don't you just wish you could bottle how you feel right now and send it off to the folk on their first week? you really want to share it with everyone don't ya?

Great feeling, congrats again, now lets see many more weeks of being free and go show the bloody world we mean business again. We are back!!!!

Thankyou all for your kind words of encouragement....everyone on this forum should give themselves a pat on the back cause without this forum I dont think I would have made it:(but I have and will continue to do so:D This forum has made me so determined through all the reading I have done on everyone elses quit and the valuable information that is here as well !!

Hi Paul...yes I do feel heaps healthier, no more huffing and puffing...glad to see you are close behind me...but you are not gunna catch me:D...keep trying though;)

Jase...as for bottling how I feel and you too at the moment....I think we would be rich if we could bottle these feelings and sell them.

I was in the supermarket yesterday and all these people in front of me were buying ciggies......I thought to myself ...this is so good not to have to worry about buying them .....and I felt really light...like a big weight had been lifted if ya know what I mean.

Sorry abot the essay have a great day and keep up the good work...Cheers Kez.

Why don't you all look on the smoking dreams as a good sign, it shows you are fighting the addiction, I don't think anyone ever died just dreaming of smoking, after all what would you rather be doing smoking (and not dreaming of it) or, not smoking and just dreaming of it. I know which one I'd rather have. If that's the worse thing that happens to me before I kick the bucket I'll be a very happy chappie and far from disgusted Jase. David

Don't have to bottle it Jase, just come on here and see it happening first hand.
