50 days :D :D

I have now been free for 50 days and feel great :D Since I escaped I have been happier and healthier and have even taken up exercise again and am enjoying being able to breathe. I don't really get craves anymore. Occassionally I think 'oh yeah, smoking' but it's just a fleeting thought. I do remind myself daily that I am a nicotine addict in case I get complacent :S Freedom feels great, so we just have to hang on in there :)

50 days is fantastic - I remember getting to that milestone and I can honestly say it really did get SO much easier after that. You seem to have coped really well though - I'm sure you are a non-smoker through and through now!

Keep it up and enjoy your freedom!

Hiya Harley,

Well done on your 50 days, that is brilliant. Before you know it smoking will be a distant thought of what you used to do but not anymore. As any addict knows it will always be there but as a gentle reminder to never go back there again :)

Keep strong, be kind to yourself.
