I just found this forum after doing a Google search and decided to join in the hope it will help me with not smoking.
My last cigarette was yesterday after lunch and to be honest I'm amazed that here I am 1 day, 6 hours and about 20 minutes later and I haven't rushed out to buy more tobacco (I've rolled my own for about 5 years).
I've felt very tired today. Not sure if it's connected, maybe I'm using all my energy on willpower :D. And I've had a couple of irritable moments but nothing too bad so far.
I'm taking it 1 minute at a time and even though my thoughts seem to be solely of smoking I'm trying to turn it around by making them positive non smoking thoughts.
Thanks for reading and hopefully I will be back tomorrow to add to the 3rd day topic.
Keep up the good work everyone.
