I never will play the wild rover no more

Hi everyone,

I have literally just stubbed out my last ever cigarette and have decided to join up here to hopefully find some extra encouragement!

Like many others, I've probably stubbed out my last cigarette about 20 times, but I want to actually mean it this time!

I always swore to myself that I'd quit smoking forever on my 30th birthday (I think it was originally my 25th birthday!). Well, I'm now a few days short of being 32 and I really feel like I've had enough.

You might recognise the tune that I've alluded to. I think it's appropriate in a funny kind of way... :D
