Hi, just want to let you all know.........it's a great place to be. NO SMOKING LAND. Please believe me, it' s really great to be a NON SMOKER.

This is the most helpfull and encouraging forum you will ever need. We are all quitting in different ways, COLD TURKEY, NRT, CHAMPIX, but however we choose to quit..............we all have the same goal....... never to smoke again. Go on newbies..........give it a go, all you got to look forward to is .........better health, a lovely hol in the sun (with money saved), fresh breath, lovely smelling clothes and hair, kisses with OH ( mmmmmm )..............

Welcome to the forum and well done on the decision to quit possibly one of the most important you will ever make and you will be losing nothing but you will regain control of your life and that has to be good

You will find all the help and support you need on here as we all help each other just like a family we are here for you every step of the way cheering the good days and sympathiseing with the bad but the good far outweigh the bad

Read the posts on here you will find a lot of tips and advice and in the signatures of a lot you will find links to other sites just click on them Here are 2 I find very good to start you off whyquit.com and woofmang.com Read, read and then read some more as the more you read and learn about why you smoked and about your addiction the easier your quit will be

Yes Mattie you're right, non smokers never smoke whatever life throws at them and we all know it can and does throw plenty

I'm stuck already....to the forum I mean. Not that anybody thinks I've disappeared, I'm just not ready yet.

It's very important to me that this quit is the final quit. I can't go on for another 50 years and quitting every week mostly because I'm not so sure if I have another 50 years left

Anyway, I'm reading every day, I'm just not posting cos I've got nothing to say.
