21 days is great well done you hope you're proud of yourself
Really good that you don't want a fag and can cope with the craves OK
As for the sleeping think most of us have that problem. You could try Nytol or Kalms to get you back into a sllep pattern, both are good have used both over the years
They are Herbal, non addictive and can be bought over the counter at chemist and most supermarkets
I have replied on another thread about sleep and some others have answered as well so try reading there.
It is horrible having interrupted sleep, the last time I had slept like that was 10 years ago when I had my daughter! It wasnt nice going back to it!! What fascinated me was the fact when I did wake up I didnt want a smoke, I just sat up in bed and woke the cat for company!!! LOL
Honestly, it gets better, I have such lovely sleep now and waking up without that gawd darn awful taste of stale cigs in your mouth is lovely and worth the first couple of weeks of sleepless nights!!
I can't think of anything worse than sleep deprevation, it really bloody sucks, so i really feel so sorry for you.
After my dad passed away i couldn't sleep for months and thought i was going insane-things that helped me-only go to bed when really tired, hot baths, ovaltine, kalms and reading a good book!!!!
they worked for me! and now sleep a straight 7 hours, i love my bed i do, i do, i do!!!!
Hey Laura..... I KNOW what you are going through........ keep going just a little longer and everything will get back to normal.... I had terrible nightmares, woke up constantly (sometimes 2 or 3am and couldn't get back to sleep)..... After week 4 I started sleeping better (no more nightmares) and woke less, and now week 5 I am back to sleeping like a baby..... hang in there..... some recommend camomile tea, hot bath, etc..... for me a glass of wine (or2 or 3) helped to stay calm and not punch someone... (I get pissy with too little sleep) Way to much personal information! Sorry :D
