patchless now !!!!!!!

hi well iam at the end of week 12 and 3rd day without the patches. Only problem i have is sleeping. when i was wearing the patches there was no problems except strange dreams. i keep waking up every hour or so every night since taking the patch off and now iam fed up. any one else getting this and how long does it last. janet xxxxx

Well done on 12 weeks completed that's great keep it up

Sorry about the bad sleeping it seem to affect a lot of us whatever we used I think even those who went C T have mentioned it

Can't say if leaving patched off make it worse as didn't use but sure someone on here may know about that Just hang in there

Janet,

Been having the sleep problems myself. I was having them when I was on the patches, and now I still get them when I'm off them. I also get a very anxious feeling when I wake up, which normally goes as soon as I get out of bed strangely, ending up in me getting up hours earlier than I used too.

Just thought I'd let you know your not alone in this.
