13 unlucky for me

Thirteenth day, and first part went fine, late afternoon and this evening though, feel like I could either, burst out crying, scream, smoke, eat everything in my sight, or all of the above.

Day 14 tomorrow, I shall make it (I shall ).

You WILL make it and you will feel so much better that you haven't caved in today!

You will soon find it gets lots easier (then there'll be a couple more tough days). The more tough days you get through, the easier it gets.

Stay strong and don't smoke.

Hi Lozza

Aww bless, you are doing so well hun, you really dont want to give in now do you, go back to day 1 nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

Just hang in there, cause the end of week 2 is almost here and just think of how good you are going to feel tomorrow that you got through today.

Have an early night if it helps take your mind of things.

You can do it :)

My day 13 was rough too... something about that number (probably because it is close to the point where the physical craves should lessen).

If I could be bothered to look, I would dig up my day 13 post... but it was so annoying after a relatively easy first couple of weeks.

Actually.... my week 13 post might be a bit better for you... Shows a bit of progression and you can see the difference in my attitude :D

It really, really does get better - I promise. It's tough at the start, but it does get easier and it gets easier a lot sooner than you expect.

You ARE doing great - just keep going :D

Sorry to hear you had a rubbish evening, hun. I'd certainly recommend screaming for letting out some of frustration and anger. Hope today goes better for ya (at least it ain't raining any more!).

Aw, you're really doing great hun - been reading about this time of quitting on the site and it seems pretty normal to be feeling like you are at this point. Have felt like that for a couple of days - now on day 14 and it's a lot better than a couple of days ago. Had to go to bed the other day cos of the crying screaming feeling but no way was I giving in to the thing that was causing it. Just go one day at a time and you'll get there.

Keep strong, you'll beat the demon nic. xxxx
