done three weeks...now for my fouth..and first month of not being a smoker

haha long title but you get the gist...just done 21 days without a ciggie... ermm...where did that go..excepot...still feeling a little bit odd at times...like...now what did I used to do in this situation..oh yes...poison myself...lol.

Anyway..21 whole days in... someone make me a saint please!!!!

21 days that's great.

It will take some time to get used to being a non smoker, but it is so worth while.

I think that will take a while to disappear completely...

For me that has all but stopped now not sure exactly what point it went though.
