Day 7

Hi all

sorry i havent been on, i felt to guilty to come on. I had a v stressfull situation and i smoked cigs on Friday night but on the Sat morning I said to myself 'ok you have relapsed but u can still do it and learn from it and dont go back to square one that being a smoker who wants top give up!

Anyway I was unsure if I was to continue sayng im on day 7 or does it go from Friday? I am much more positive now thank god. How is everyomne else doing?

  • At the end of the day, what day you are on is down to you. It is your quit and the only person matters is you!

    The important thing is that you take what has happened learn from it and don't repeat it.

  • Stay positive and put last Friday behind you.

    Learn from the experience - why did you smoke? You were stressed? And did the cigarettes make you feel any less stressed? I doubt it.

    Never feel that you cannot come on here and say whetever you want or need to say. We are all in this together :)

  • yeh sure, i feel much better now and yes im on my 2nd week wooohooo. Anyone seeing any benefits as yet? I seem to be able to get up quicker whereas before it took me a good 20 mins to come 2. A bit more energy during the day and omg ther days are dragging in now.
