sorry i havent been on, i felt to guilty to come on. I had a v stressfull situation and i smoked cigs on Friday night but on the Sat morning I said to myself 'ok you have relapsed but u can still do it and learn from it and dont go back to square one that being a smoker who wants top give up!
Anyway I was unsure if I was to continue sayng im on day 7 or does it go from Friday? I am much more positive now thank god. How is everyomne else doing?

yeh sure, i feel much better now and yes im on my 2nd week wooohooo. Anyone seeing any benefits as yet? I seem to be able to get up quicker whereas before it took me a good 20 mins to come 2. A bit more energy during the day and omg ther days are dragging in now.
