Thank you, do I feel different?
Immeasurably different. Fitter, stronger, healthier - it's impossible to give a full list, but to get an idea... try here - nosmokingday.org.uk/forum/s...

Plod away Rose,
One day at a time, for ever and ever is the best way to deal with your quit.
All the best,
Nic
Yes, congrats to rose and the (no relation) vodka-fairy, week is nuthin to be sniffed at!
You two should form a team

smoking 25 years....roll ups...roughly 25 a day, more when out drinking...
I was on Champix, was ok till vivid and weird dreams started, i was sleepy all day and wide awake early hours so i stopped taking them and started with the gum...i quit with just gum a few years ago and managed 18 months without smoking...i've tried to quit a few times since then and only managed a few weeks....
I don't get any support at home so i find it easy to go back to smoking....that's why i joined up here, i thought others in the same boat would spur me on....

Well done Both your doing fab. The first week is by far the worse for the really bad cravings so congrats. I myself smoked for 33 years up to 40 a day at the end. xxxxxxxxxxxxx
