Well hello all,

Just want to say a big thank you to all who have supported me in my first month smoke free. It has been a huge month for me personally and not smoking has made me think very differently about life, love and friendship and has really had a knock on effect on how i se the world and feel about myself, big stuff! So thank you, I really feel that this is my time now. RIP ciggarettes!!!
