hi how is everyone ive still not caved, sad to here philip has. how you gettin on nic hope your still doing ok n that every body else has,im not bk online but can access net at mates house so i will never be gone for long.

All's well with me. I'm a former smoker and I'm going to keep it that way. The only time I feel a slight desire to smoke seems to be after a meal, but it passes within moments.
