Hi all i have made it to week 3 hasn't been to bad so far a couple of bad times but in general quite easy.The pills seem to be helping a lot and also being of work has been helpfull back to work tuesday.

Hi all i have been struggling a bit this week just seem to be thinking about smoking all the time even have dreams that im smoking and wherever i look i just see people smoking,i think it is just a 3 week thing and i will be fine when past the 3 weeks only a couple more days to go im still really positive about my quit and there is no chance of me caving in this time.

you will still get some feelings about smoking but you will still be finding a lot of triggers. remember as you face and defeat each one, they become less and less and therefore it gets easier and easier as time goes on.
you might think your seeing more people smoking but just think of how they stink, the money they are wasting, the standing outside in the rain and winters coming so they will be freezing and look STUPID!!!!!
