I've got sad news - last night I went to a party and ended up smoking 7 cigs in the whole night. I'm really torn today as I don't really know what to do. I'm working at the oub this afternoon and going to another party tonight.
My mum keeps saying that it;s my decision, but I'm not sure what to do.
Please help
PS, I'm sorry Nic and Suzy!! Looks like I'm out of the team!!

I am sorry to hear that I thought you had got things in perspective.
The tough thing is you remember the cigs you enjoyed but not the ones you had for habit and so on, its a hard journey!
You have all the reason in the world to stop and I wish that I had at your age. One of the things that had spurred me on to quit this time is that my kids are starting to take more notice of me smoking and I don't want them to follow in my footsteps.
As your mum says the decision is yours, when and if you are ready again we'll be here to help you along again.
Sorry to see you lapsed, next time if there is one quit for yourself no matter how noble it is to quit for loved ones ,you are the one that needs to take care of yourself.
aww philip and i come on here to check how my team was, looks like its the dynamic duo. you need to get back to the quit come on philip get ya bum in gear!!!
