Hi Guys

Hope that everyone else is doing well too...?

I am now in my third month and definately will not be taking steps back now... had some horrible times by where I would normally have gone for a cigarette straight away but didnt even think about it which is good...

brilliant...

keep up the good work but beware complacency (if that's how you spell the word??)...I know I'm fine 99% of the time then out of the blue it hits me between the eyes "god I'd like a cigarette" for no reason whatsoever...thankfully the thought only lasts a nanosecond...but it happens...

but maybe that's just me!!!:confused:
