day 9 i cant believe it

day 9 already i cant believe it, can believe im at day 9 cant believe ive been up nearly too hours the joys of kids eh or other peoples lol. my last quit attempt i coughed my guts up it was awful lets hope get the cough this time eh cos its so annoying. well congrats to all you lot who are doing really well n to those who have just started to quit over the past few days it well worth it, you will soon feel great ive got bags more energy lots more time, and when i hug someone spesh kids theey hug you more when u dont smoke so keep it up it really is the best thing in the world to do.

I can relate to that. Noticed my two granddaughters hug me more now. Isn't it a loverly experience?:D

to me , the cough would have meant getting rid of all the crap but i didnt get one
