use a pen or straw

Hi guys,

I've been off the fags for 1 week now. I must admit it has been hard, especially when I forget the nicorette gum!!

But I work in a pub, which obvious has people who smoke - they go outside and that makes me want a fag!!

What to do if this occurs is to get a pen or straw or something that resembles a fag, put it in ur mouth and inhale just like its a fag!

It certainly works 4 me!!
