well done to all you who have reached the 100 days. not been easy for some

of us but we made it. give yourself a pat on the back, and remember to keep

our guard-up... mr nicotine is still lurking around. keep the good work up,

going out to a birthday dinner on friday night. there will be few there who be

smoking. but that will not bother me. i feel more stronger as the days go on,

i be back on later, take care all & WELL DONE

Alan

Well done Alan, and Barb, and anyone else who reached 100 days recently :)

Alan, you sound like you got it nailed, chum. Enjoy the party tonight. I have a family wedding this weekend and I am actually looking forwards to seeing people I have not seen in a while, and letting them know I am now non-smoker (*polishes badge - "Well Chuffed" ) :D

I have been quit for 4 Months, 1 Week, 2 Days, 7 hours, 57 minutes and 46 seconds (130 days). I have saved £651.65 by not smoking 2,606 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 2 Days, 1 hour and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 17/02/2008 22:00
