All the best for this quit PrincessM. I'm sure you'll get there. You seem to have the determination so hopefully that will carry you along just nicely
Well done for stopping again

im really proud of myself.. i only started smoking every day for the past couple of days.. so nipped it in the bud before i became a full blown smoker again.! can't and won't let myself go bac there.. ! Missing the days of smelling lovely !

Glad that you have come back again Princess.

thanks guys..
No finger crossing this time! I am officially now a non smoker! yipeeeeeeeeeee
So glad you have come back to give yourself a new smokefree life,
you can do it this time, not one puff ever.
its always i'll just have one, well it was with me.
Keep strong gal you can do it.
thanks Angel, hearing about the one puff from everyone is completely different to you experiencing it personally. You fool yourself into believing that you are stronger than the rest of them and you can handle that one ciggie. Honestly it really catches up with you so fast that your back on to smoking every day before you know it.
thanks for the support guys.. this is it now.. i have so learnt from my mistake.
PrincessM
I have now been smoke free for 20 hours, 35 minutes and 26 seconds (0 days). I have saved £2.40 by not smoking 10 cigarettes. Life saved 50 minutes . Quit Date: 26/06/2008 14:30
Princess - just take it a day at a time - we have all made mistakes in the past, with luck we learn from them though and they make us stronger
