Am into day 9, am finding things a bit better today, have bought myself a head massager to relieve tension headaches, hopefully it'll work!!!!!

Well done for completing over a week. The weeks soon build up I found. Doesn't seem like nearly 2 months since I stopped smoking, time just goes by so fast sometimes. Won't be too long before you start counting in months!
