Hi all. I have been very good, nearly wobbled but i never fell.

I am getting on with my quit with lots of help from family. :D

Fairywings - Free and Healing for Twenty Five Days, 11 Hours and 41 Minutes,

while extending my life expectancy 2 Days and 15 Hours,

by avoiding the use of 765 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £195.18.:D

Hi Fairy wings.

I'm still here and going strong. Was ill last week with a chest infection and the doc said it was the tar breaking up in my body:confused: They blame the cigs when your ill and smoking and blame them when you stop lol

Anyway today is a milestone for me as it has been 1 month today I kicked the nic monster in to touch and I am very proud of myself for doing so.

Glad to hear your doing so well. My family have helped a lot and it's a great feeling to cuddle my son/wife without being paranoid that I stink of smoke:)

A great big fat well done to the MayDay quitters. Keep on with it, its such a great thing to be free of the evil weed. Long may it continue! (Your quit!) :)
