My last thread was basically saying that I found by using NRT Patches I found the whole expereince of quitting the fags rather easy......
Oh how naive I was.......
2 Days ago, I stupidly forgot to stick one of my new little friends to my arm. I went to work somewhat concerned about how I was going to feel.
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! after about 5 hours, I was ready to tear the head off my nearest and dearest. I've never felt so angry and aggresive in all my life, it got so bad the my work colleagues were pleading with me to either have a fag or go to the chemist for some kind of solution.
However, I got through the day... No one had their heard torn off.. and as soon as I got home & stuck one of my patches on... and the world seemed like a better place.........aaahhh
So basically the morale of my thread is
Patches Work and they also save lives!!!!!

aaaah, you must have ended up with a batch of those dodgy Ghengis Khan patches. You haven't been buying off Ebay again have you...? I seem to recall that they were a failed cold-war experiment to instill anger and aggression into red army troops at the same time as minimizing blood loss from deep wounds. I'll have to check but i think they were abandoned due to troops turning on each other in the close confines of the troop carriers.

Really, wow. Sounds extreme.
My interpretation of it screams 'placibo' but hey ho...
