Hi everyone ,

Found this website yesterday , been trying to work out how to use it since .

So here is my first attempt .

I gave up 2nd March this year , got up that Sunday morning believing I was a

non - smoker , with the help of my patches. This will be my third attempt in four

years . Funny thing is , I can give up easily ( give or take a few I could strangle something moments ) my problem seems to be staying off them long term , 8 months is my best so far . Though I should admit I use the NHS service .

Thanks for listening , Jon ,

Hi Jon & John - just seen your posts and would like to welcome you to the forum as well. I think I already have with you John. Never mind must be having a power surge (or something). Anyway, apart from being serious most of the time and coming up with little gems of information and help we do see the funny side of things as well. So thought I might welcome you with a hug and a smile as below.
