day 3 not so good

hi all,, today so far is a bit of a nightmare the cravings are bad today cant think of anything apart from a ciggie ,very moody today what a difference from yesterday was feeling great thought i had it cracked,, i am not going to give in ,hopefully tomorrow will be better

Day 3 was the worst for me, and many here will agree it is a bad one, but with your determination, I know you won't give in.

Get out the house. Take the dog (borrow one if need be) for a long walk, Go shopping (Don't go near a shop that sells ciggies tho!:eek Anything to take your mind of it.

Day 4 will be so much better I promise, and it will get much easier from then on in.
