Day 10 Cravings..

Strange that the cravings hit me after 10 days...but this morning when I had coffee I was dying for one. Also, last night after drinking a glass of wine, which I swore I wouldnt do, made me want one. Instead I went into the excercise room and put on some vintage Elvis Costello and worked out. This morning I am knitting instead..and posting.

Hi Smoke, l also had bad cravings on about the 8/9/10/ day. To be honest, they took me by surprise:( The first week was relatively easy, probably beacause l was totally focused and determined to quit. I think what happened in the second week was, l let my guard down a bit, and also the novelty of not smoking had worn off. I am now on my 30th day, and find that l can go now, for several hours at a time without even thinking of cigarettes:)

Even so, it can still catch me unawares at times. You are doing GREAT by the way:D
