Day 9! and not cigarettes even managed to over do it on the beer last night and didnt need a cigarette! i wouldn't mind a couple of alka seltzer though euurgh!

still, the hangover is better becuase the need for a smoke wasn't there as i woke up which is nice

im here jimi, feeling ok this morning managed a better nights sleep. only today to go and where into double figures wooo.

When i first started this and people were saying "it will get easier" i didnt believe it from the way i was feeling on day 1 but we're into week two now and i can say - they were right

we'll soon been congratulating eachother on turning the 6 month milestone!
