What a journey it has been for us both.
I am still amazed that we have come this far. Cannot believe it!!!!!
We now can breathe properly again. Food is yummy, clothes do not smell etc...
It is easy to forget the difficult times.
We had some very tough times. I was ready to give in after just 5 days. My wife kept me going. A few days later she begged me for a cig. I was then strong and said no. I have been very, very lucky to have my wife with me on this.
This was the story for months. We helped each other. One day I was weak, the next day she was weak.
I nearly caved so many times, but I an now so glad that I seen it through.
It has all been worth it. We have saved £2,500 by not smoking.
The health benefits are priceless.

If I can do it then anyone can. I would and have smoked everywhere. Bathrooom, lounge, kitchen, loft, shed, bedroom, anywhere...
