Hi all ,well i hope we all made it past xmas smoke free i did and now look forward to making it past new year 
my 1st smoke free xmas in 30 year.
Its 2 months on Saturday for me,see you all soon in month 3 section.

It is a great feeling to know you've made it through that tough time isn't it.
Not only did I have to cook for everyone, my partners parents and brother stayed at mine and are all heavy smokers!!! very impressed that I made it through and to be honest it was easy.
Driving to work this morning was probably harder in terms of craving.
Anyway here's to a smoke free new years eve followed by a smoke free 2008
Well done Michael. I'm hoping when I get to three months I can let my guard down a bit. I don't know how anyone can do this with other smokers around, so huge Well Done to dazlittle 123.
I'm at the same stage as Joanlaw - 7 weeks today and can't believe it - have also smoked for 40 yrs, so expect it's going to take a while longer before I can feel any confidence.
Well done all. I too made it through christmas, first in 36 years, and many more to come i hope, more than there would have been anyhow. heres to a healthy 2008 for us all xxx
