At work going to have my breakfast. Drove to a rainy day in San Diego, CA.

I look forward to another day of being healthier as the days goes by. Can't wait to see the results of being smoke free for three months, six month, one year!

Today being casual day at work makes it the first one with me being a non-smoker...

{iii}p cheers to all.

Brave Warrior

Hello Brave Warrior!

It is still raining in beautiful san diego in the southern california. It took me an hour to get back home today due to the slower traffic. Today's experience was less dreadfull than yesterday. I was speaking with a colleague at work and he told me it will take approximately 6 weeks for the craving to completely disapear. He told me it usually takes 6 weeks to train the body to get rid of a habit by either changing or stopping it.

So brave warrior reader... we got a long road to walk... Let's try to enjoy every moment of it rather than struggle because of some cravings...
