Later today I`ll have completed day 6

My sleeping pattern has been erratic for the past couple of nights topped by some really weird dreams... I`m so pleased that I`ve came this far and I`m determined that I`ll never smoke again!

Smoked for over 30yrs and have never tried stopping.. I`m sure it makes sense to some of you but even the thought of giving up terrified me.

My quit was totally out of the blue and have been doing it cold turkey, just want to thank everyone on here it`s helped so much to keep on keeping on
