Have seen a lot of posts with people using it......what is it?? Can you buy it over the counter or is it like Zyban and on prescription? Having asked that, I am using Niquitin clear patches, with good result so far. But not heard of Champix.

thanks

Ah, I see, well I dont think its available over here yet, although we are going down the same route as UK in restricting places that you are allowed to smoke, so I suspect that more help will be available. The difference here is that you have to pay to see the Doctor, and for prescriptions, although you do get 70% back through a thing called catre vitale.

Am ok at the moment on the patches, seem to be doing the trick so far!

Champix is not like Zyban, its result is very good in the comparison of

Zyban. It make a people more easy to quit Smoking. Along with Zyban has a lot of side effects, although Champix also have some side effects, but it is in very few cases.

Hi all

My first day. No ciggie since last night at 11.00pm. Feeling a bit wobbly, but keep chanting to myself 'I CAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT'. Finding it terribly hard to resist the urge just to have a puff, but not going to the let the little bugger beat me. Having a bad craving right this minute and aaarrggghhhh will it pass, does it get any easier?
